What is sport psychology?
Understanding and applying mental skills to reach and maintain peak performance on a more fluid and more consistent basis.
Contrary to popular myths, sport psychology is not for crazy people, and it is not a quick fix or substitute for physical practice and training. However, when used in conjunction with regular physical practice, sport psychology is a highly effective tool, which is often overlooked.

I work with individual athletes, teams and organizations to achieve the highest level of success on and off the playing field. My main principles include mental strength and mental fitness.

- Mental fitness - The ability to maintain mental strength when physically tired
